We came across this recipe at a little packed, and I mean packed, local Italian restaurant in Camp Verde, AZ. We had just been to see Montezuma’s Castle and was winding our way back out of the area for the evening. Saw this Italian pizza place and decided to stop for dinner. I always love stop at the local restaurants and when you walk in and see that it is standing room only you know it is going to be good. We waited for a table and finally got to order. We had decided to get the antipasto salad to snack on before our pizza arrived and it was delicious. The meats, cheese and veggies were all fresh and good, but what made this salad for us was the dressing. I figured it would be some house secret dressing that they would not share the recipe for, but to my surprise the waitress told us straight out what it was. It is so delicious and super easy. You will need to read the recipe to find out what it is, but you will be surprised. I promise. lol

Put everything into a large bowl, making as much or as little as you like. Always make salads fresh, they are not as good as leftovers or if they have sat in the fridge for a while. Pour over the secret dressing, aka Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato Italian Dressing. Pour as much as you like for your taste. This stuff is delicious and amazing. And voila! Toss and enjoy! You will be so glad you did. 😉
