This Stadium Chili recipe is amazing! I can’t say it enough. When I found this recipe I was blown away at how tasty it was. I am not a huge hot dog fan. I like to eat them occasionally. However, with this chili on top and maybe some coleslaw, I mean, yum! It reminds me of the flavors from a stadium, carnival, food truck type chili for a dog. Yummo! If you like chili, ketchup, mustard goodness on your dog, you should definitely give it a try. This chili makes an awesome topping for chili cheese fries as well. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 lb gound beef
- 1/3 cup water
- 5 oz tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Literally so simple. Brown the ground beef in a medium sauce pan. Pour off the grease or not, your choice. Mix in everything else. Stir and simmer until ready to serve. It is that simple. And delicious! Enjoy!
