Chocolate Brownies…yum! Who doesn’t love them? Here is a recipe I came across that uses chocolate 3 ways. The more chocolate the better. 🙂

Add additional goodies to your brownies to customize them to your taste. I am thinking chopped nuts, any kind, and marshmallows. This would make a yummy rocky road brownie. Caramel chips or swirls would be amazing as well! Or get creative with things you like!

Ingredients
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips melted, milk, dark or semisweet
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips, whatever kind you like
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, optional
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows, optional
Directions
  • Preheat oven to 350F. Grease your 9×9 or 8×8 pan. (If you use 8×8 you may need to increase baking time a bit.)
  • In a large bowl whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
  • Whisk in eggs and vanilla.
  • Whisk in melted chocolate until combined and smooth.
  • Stir in flour, salt and cocoa powder until just combined.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Stir in any additional ingredients you wish to use such as nuts or marshmallows.
  • Pour into pan.
  • Bake 30 minutes or until done.
  • Cool in pan and slice.
  • Enjoy!
